Robert Garcia, President

Robert Garcia is the President and Owner of Payless Insulation, a residential and commercial insulation contractor serving Houston and Austin. He entered the insulation trade in 2003 working for his uncle and founded his own company, Triple Seal Insulation, in 2009. Robert brought Payless expertise in insulation work the company had not done before, which broadened the services it offers. His experience, ethics and dedication to the same trade made him a natural fit to lead the company Lynda Kornbleet founded in 1979.

Lynda M. Kornbleet, Vice President & Founder

Lynda M. Kornbleet is the founder and Vice President of Payless Insulation, a residential and commercial insulation contractor serving Houston and Austin. A graduate of the University of St. Thomas in Houston, she entered the insulation industry in 1976 and founded Payless Insulation in Houston in 1979 with $2,000, a used linen truck and a crew of high school students. Her approach was to do the opposite of the competition: show up on time, give customers good value, keep her word and solve problems promptly. Under her leadership, Payless earned Houston women's business certification and was named one of the Insulation Contractors Association of America's Top 25 Insulators in America in 2022. After 50 years in the industry, Lynda is semi-retired and consults on difficult projects, commercial sales and marketing.
