Lynda has dedicated her work ethic and knowledge to the insulation industry since 1976. A graduate of the University of St. Thomas she started her woman-owned business in Houston with $2,000, some high school students, an old used linen truck, and the willingness to work hard everyday .It was not difficult to compete, "Just do the opposite of everyone else. Show up on time, give the customers a great value for their money, be good for your word, and if a problem occurs promptly solve it."

Elisa joined Payless Insulation in 1989 - Elisa is involved in commercial estimating of insulation and fireproofing. She is the “go-to” person in regards to the service side of the business.

Elisa grew up in Portugal. She speaks Portuguese, English & Spanish. She arrived to the US via Connecticut. Educated abroad and in the US, Elisa brings her diverse background, work ethic, management and financial skills. She is hands-on and her passion for this business has proven to be key in the success of Payless Insulation.

Larry comes to Payless with a BBS in Business Adminstration. He has a 25 year career path in Consumer Product Sales & Sales Management with various Fortune 500 companies. Neil prides himself on offering sustainable insulation and air distribution products and services. Susana joined Payless Insulation in 2001 and brings her customer service and years of management experience to the realm of insulation and ducts. Having grown up in Venezuela, Susana speaks Spanish fluently. Her management background started at Arbitron TV Ratings where she worked in Dallas and Miami. From there she went on to start an experimental ratings service in the New York Tristate area where she remained for 10 years. She ended her stint in Manhattan working in advertising services as well as a freelance photographer. Susana is a native fifth generation Texan so she relocated back after 14 years. She returned to her native Texas in 1998 where she recruited for the industrial and rail sectors. She now takes pride in educating the consumer and end users on the difference in choosing cotton & paper products such as the ducts and insulation Payless carries. Her hope is to bring intelligence to the insulation world.

Casey Wilson has been with Payless Insulation since 1991. She specializes in retrofitting existing homes and custom new construction homes. Casey studied Industrial Arts and Electronics in college with extra hours in drafting.

 Upon arriving at Payless Insulation, Casey was able to realize her dream of residential architecture with an emphasis on energy efficiency through design and material specifications of building envelopes. She is a voting member of the American Society of Testing and Materials, the ASTM committee C16 that tests and develops standards of insulation. Casey enjoys the technical aspects of the trade as it relates to hot and humid climates. She has been instrumental in her technical expertise as she is sought out to speak to engineers, the HVAC trade, architects and designers.

 In Casey’s younger years she enjoyed snow skiing, boarding and piloting air balloons while she spent many years with Oshman’s Risk Management group. Today she enjoys audio books, walks on the beach and dinner with friends. Call Casey anytime and she will help you solve your insulation, sound and condensation problems.

Originally a native of Louisiana, Patrice comes equipped to handle the daily aspects of office administration. She assists in all aspects of the work from talking to customers, scheduling appointments, processing daily paperwork and reports from the field to accounts payable.

Ana came to work for us in July 2006. She has 8 years background experience in the fireproofing / insulation industries. With an architecture degree she is well respected part of the Payless Insulation team.

Nestor has recently returned to Payless Insulation in 2005. He was one of the original sprayers we employed in 1987. He has over 20+ years of residential and commercial spray on applications.

He has the finest reputation in the industry and we are so very pleased to have such a hard working capable leader. We look forward to many successful projects accomplished with his guidance.

Tony joined Payless Insulation in 1988.  He specializes in fireproofing applications and implements his leadership skills on an everyday basis.

Tony has been an integral part in building our fireproofing division and in maintaining quality control in the field. Talk about dedication and determination – he’s got it!

Jorge joined Payless Insulation in 1994 – He is a very hard determined worker and a great leader in the field of fireproofing. His crews are so meticulous that companies want to make sure they use Payless Insulation.

His training in the field has led to many repeat customers over the years. This aspect of our company keeps buildings safe and you can bet the job has quality control with Jorge at the helm.

Miguel joined Payless Insulation in 1993. Miguel is so professional and good at what he does because he makes every effort to do what nobody else can do in an attic. Miguel has been seen disappearing into a hole that no other person would ever venture into to provide the high quality service that only Payless Insulation and its employees can deliver.

His initial handshake reveals the true character of someone you can trust. He does high quality work and brings numerous compliments to Payless Insulation.  Many customers will go out of their way to call or write letters on his behalf.  He trains all of our residential installers the same way and they take pride in emulating his habits.  Occupied homes are so difficult and Miguel takes many precautions in protecting the homeowner and their belongings.
